Direct gear feeder system
[Re-Engineered, Adjustable Feeder Gap].
The MANU Extrusion-Based FFF 3D Printer features an adjustable extruder system that allows you to fine-tune the feeder gap for different types of materials. This makes it easier to print with a wide range of materials, eg. PLA, PETG, Polypropylene (PP), OBC Polyethylene, TPU (Flexible), Carbon Fiber reinforced, etc. In our product documentation page, we have explained on how to adjust the feeder gap for different types of materials.
The extruder system also comes with ready-factory calibrated hot-end packages that are easy to replace. This means that you can quickly and easily change out the hot end without having to worry about re-calibrating the printer.
In addition, the extruder system features two fans: one to cool the feed gear and prevent it from digging into the filament, and another to cool the prints as the material comes out of the nozzle.
This combination of features makes the MANU Extrusion-Based FFF 3D Printer a versatile and reliable printer that can handle a wide range of printing tasks.
Calibration-Free and Build Plate Swappable, with Z-Probe sensor
The MANU Extrusion-Based FFF 3D Printer is designed to be calibration-free, so you can start printing right away without having to worry about getting the first layer right or calibrating the build plate.
The MANU uses a patent-pending solution that automatically aligns the XY plane to the Z plane, so you don’t have to worry about it. This ensures that your prints are always accurate and consistent, even if you’re using a different build plate.
The MANU also features a Z-probe sensor that automatically measures the distance between the nozzle and the build plate before each print. This ensures that the first layer is always laid down correctly, even if the build plate is not perfectly level.
As a result, the MANU is the perfect 3D printer for anyone who wants to get started with 3D printing without having to worry about calibration.
32-bit Electronics and Trinamic Drivers
The MANU Extrusion-Based FFF 3D Printer is built with high-quality hardware, software, and electronics for accurate and consistent printing. The 32-bit electronics provide precise control of the trinamic motor drivers, resulting in smooth, accurate motion. This makes the MANU 3D Printer ideal for printing complex models with fine details.
The MANU 3D Printer is also easy to use. The software is user-friendly and includes pre-set profiles for most materials. This means that you can start printing right away, without having to spend time calibrating the printer.
If you need help, the MANU team provides excellent customer support. They also have a community forum where you can get help from other users.
Files can be transferred from a web browser quickly and easily. Printers can also be controlled from a web browser (local host).

Why MANU 3D Printer is the Best Choice for You
NO MORE FAILED PRINTS
Users who switch from another 3D printer to MANU report a significant improvement in success rate:
The Challenge
of expensive and time-consuming methods
Traditional manufacturing methods like injection molding are expensive and have long lead times.
Typical 3D printers have a high failure rate, resulting in wasted time and materials.
Using most 3D printers is also tricky and requires specific expertise.
The Impact
traditional methods and typical 3D printers have on your business
Stalled product development
Slow methods and unreliable 3D printing slows your time to market.
Wasted resources.
Time and materials are wasted every time a 3D printer fails – that’s up to 1 in 5 times.
Increased costs.
Long lead times, expensive methods, and redoing prints are costly.
MANU 3D Printer
The choice for reliability and ease of use
Reliable outcomes
Failed prints won’t slow down your product development.
Easy to use
Designed for everyone in your team.
Reduce time to market
Print quality and material variety all the way to end-use products.
